Investment Process
Our investment process combines valuable top-down and bottom-up inputs provided by our in-house research teams. The focal point of the process is the monthly Investment Committee during which investment strategies are defined based on key financial inputs (ALM activity, Asset Allocation proposals, clients’ needs).

The outcome of the committee are Tactical Asset Allocation guidelines and shared investments indications on each asset class. Such outputs are discussed more in details in asset classes’ specific committees that take place on a regular basis providing tactical guidelines applied to all the portfolios. Finally, each portfolio manager has the flexibility to enhance performance through the security selection process they carry out based on proprietary fundamental research inputs.

In order to make sure that third-party clients’ needs are properly taken into account, we recently established a dedicated third-party team in our front office whose main role is to ensure investment strategies are aligned with clients’ needs and relevant inputs are provided to asset class specialists.

The Third Party Committee discusses markets overview, asset allocation models, portfolio positioning and performance specifically related to third party portfolios.
